251030H Oct 1968 A truck attached to Co C, hit a mine at (BT068685). Resulted in extensive damage to the vehicle and one (1) USMC WIA evac.

252130H Oct 1968 Three Co C tanks at (BT090760), in suppor of Co H 2/1, fired 90mm, .50 cal. and .30 cal. when CP came under fire from small arms, satchel charges and M-79 from all sides. Two (2) RPG rounds and two (2) HE rounds of unidentified type were fired at the tanks. Area searched with negative results.
